The figurines can be offered:
- unpainted version
- in a painted version
- limited edition

There may be slight variations due to:

5 — Availability
Some figurines are available in limited editions.
Once the product is out of stock, it may be removed from the catalog without notice.
6 — Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a binding offer to purchase.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in the following cases:
- technical error
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
- due to exceptional unavailability.
7 — Price
Prices are listed in euros (€).
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.
8 — Payment
Payments are secured through the payment providers listed on the site.
The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been confirmed.
If the bank declines the payment, the order is automatically canceled.

Most of the figurines available on the website are made to order.
Production may include:

- surface preparation
- finish
- painting.
Each part is custom-made for the customer.
10 — Production lead times
Production lead times are provided for informational purposes only.
Handcrafted products may vary depending on:
- the complexity of the figurine
- order volume
- logistical constraints.
The seller shall not be held liable for reasonable delays related to the manufacturing process.
11 — Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of order.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The seller shall not be held liable for:
- incorrect addresses
- delays by the carrier
- losses caused by the carrier.
12 — Customs and Local Laws
International orders may be subject to:
- import duties
- customs duties
- legal restrictions.
Some countries may restrict the importation of sexually explicit items.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of the import into their country.
The seller shall not be held liable in the event that:
- customs seizure
- import refusal
- additional fees imposed by local authorities.
13 — Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled only if production of the figurine has not yet begun.
Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
14 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
- manufactured to the customer's specifications
- highly customized.
Custom-made figurines fall into this category.
15 — Returns and Refunds
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom-made figurines
- painted figurines
- limited-edition figurines.
16 — Damaged products
If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt.
We will need photos of the package and the product.
After reviewing the case, an appropriate solution can be proposed.
17 — Use of Products
The figurines sold on the website are collectibles intended for display.
They are not designed for:
- be handled intensively
- be used as toys.
The seller assumes no liability in the event of:
- improper use
- product modification
- damage caused by improper handling.
18 — Intellectual Property
The sculptures, models, images, and content on this website are protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
19 — Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or the products.

21 — Force Majeure
The seller shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill an order in the event of circumstances beyond its control:
